For this trip, you need to

- Be able to swim

- Be in good shape (6 hours of activity at least)

- Be 14 years old at least

What to prepare

- A bathing suite

- Closed sports shoes.

- Short, tee shirt (for the hike)

- Picnic for the lunch (well packed) and water (1,5L/pers)

The Mystic Floating tour

The grand Canyon du Verdon is known to be an extraordinary place ... Why don't you try to discover it during a floating tour ?

The floating is a mix between hiking, swimming in the rapids (lay down on your back, feet first) and jumping (not an obligation to jump). It's like canyoning without the use of rope.

The Mystic Floating is the full day floating tour. It's one of the most beautiful trip that you can do in the Verdon area. This adventure will show us a remote place far from the ordinary tourism. The landscapes are amazing, the jumps are going until 10 meters, and the aquatic part is really wild with great rapids. To go down to the departure, we use the path "les Cavaliers" then the path of the Imbut. On the way back, we will hike on the famous "Sentier Vidal". It's very steep. (it's why this trip is sporty !).

This tour is dedicated to the sporty person. There is a hike of 40 min going down, then 4 hours of activity in the water, and to finish 1 hour of hike going up (+400 meters).

If you feel well in shape, I advice you to do it, and you won't regret this choice !

This tour is leading by a professional guide with french certification. He will be with you to explain you the activity and show you the Secret of the Verdon !
